• From 1999 till 2003 he was deputy general director, head of the manufacturing department in “Trest Svyazstroy-6” OJSC;
• July 2003, first in the position of the head of capital construction department, deputy director of capital construction department in Sibirtelecom OJSC;
• in July 2007 he was appointed director of the capital construction department of the Company. From September 2007 he headed the project management department in Sibirtelecom OJSC.
