On June 20, 2009 the first meeting of the Board of Directors of Sibirtelecom OJSC was held in the new composition. The meeting elected the chairman of the Board of Directors and deputy chairman of the Board of Directors.

Yevgeny Valeryevich Yurchenko was elected to be the chairman of the Board of Directors of Sibirtelecom OJSC.

Alexey Alexeyevich Lokotkov was elected deputy chairman of the Board of Directors.
