On June 3, 2009, Sibirtelecom received a notification from MICEX Stock Exchange (organizer of trading on the security market) on the removal of documentary inconvertible interest-bearing bearer bonds series 07 (state registration number 4-07-00195-Ŕ of April 27, 2006) from the quotation list “A” of the first level from May 25, 2009.

As it was mentioned previously, the issue of bonds of series 07 was retired in full on May 20, 2009 due to the expiration of the circulation period.

Reference information: At present, bonds of Sibirtelecom OJSC of series 06 and 08 are in circulation (the total par value of the issues is 4 bln rubles).

On May 29, 2009, the Board of Directors of Sibirtelecom OJSC made a decision to place three issues of exchange-traded bonds of series BO-01, BO-02, BO-03 (the total par value of the issues is 4 bln rubles) in 2009-2010.
