| On Changing In The Composition Of Sibirtelecom's Management Board |
On Friday, May 29, 2009 the Board of Directors of Sibirtelecom OJSC made decisions about early termination of the authority of the following members of the Management Board D.Ye. Kurilov, D.V. Selivanov, V.V. Ratushny, and about appointing of the following persons to be members of the Management Board with the term from May 30, 2009 till August 10, 2009:
· Yury Gennadyevich Kupriyanov – deputy general director – director of Kemerovo Branch of Sibirtelecom OJSC;
· Aleksey Ivanovich Makhorin – deputy branch director – commercial director of Novosibirsk Branch of Sibirtelecom OJSC;
· Yury Aleksandrovich Terentyev – deputy general director – director of Altai Branch of Sibirtelecom OJSC.
