On June 3, 2009, Sibirtelecom received a notification from MICEX Stock Exchange (organizer of trading on the security market) on the removal of documentary inconvertible interest-bearing bearer bonds series 07 (state registration number 4-07-00195-À of April 27, 2006) from the quotation list “A” of the first level from May 25, 2009.

In 8 regions of Siberia where this service of digital television is provided, the subscribers can watch their favorite films and TV broadcasts at convenient time and can order the “record” of future TV broadcasts.

On May 15, Sibirtelecom connected the 40,000th subscriber of Wellcom service in the Tomsk region. The service of mobile communication of the third generation based on CDMA technology under Wellcom trade mark is confidently conquering the market and a liking of users who strive for mobility and the operational access to the Internet network using a cellular phone connected to a computer or a laptop.

Applications for participation in an open auction for the right of entering into nonrevolving credit line agreements were considered on May 12, 2009.
